Here I am, creating my very first instructional workout videos! This project is a collaboration with my step brothers, Josh and Jordan—though sadly, Jordan is no longer with us—and filmed by my step cousin Jeremy. Fitness has always been a passion of mine, and I’ve loved working out for as long as I can remember. Even more, I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with anyone eager to learn. Through these videos, I hope to inspire and guide others on their fitness journeys, carrying forward the energy and spirit we put into this together.
